In short, Maria was the key to obtaining our home in a hypercompetitive market.

From our initial, random contact with her via one of her listings, she consistently displayed professionalism, charisma and empathy (when things went awry due to multiple bidding wars). We were wary to hire a representative without a personal referral, but Maria provided multiple clients we could call and they all had glowing reviews of their experience.

We worked in concert for 4 months and saw dozens of houses. Maria's attention to detail became apparent when my wife and I would suggest houses not on her daily list. She already knew minute details about the house in question, married that with our expectations, provided insight as to why the house may/may not fit but always left it to us to decide if we still wanted to see the property.
